Chemical Feed Systems: Designed for Reliability, Built for Maintenance

Reliable chemical feed systems start with good design, material selection and stay reliable through proper maintenance. This hands-on course combines practical system-design guidance with maintenance best practices and an introduction to emerging technologies. Participants will explore how to select appropriate materials and system components, maintain critical valves and injection equipment, and design chemical feed systems for accessibility and ease of service.

Through hands-on demonstrations, participants will learn how pressure-relief and backpressure valves operate and are maintained, along with proper installation and maintenance of injection check valves. The course will also examine the growing use of preassembled, skid-mounted systems and how emerging technologies, including machine learning, can support predictive and reactive maintenance.

Attendees will leave with practical strategies they can apply to improve the reliability, serviceability, and maintainability of chemical feed systems at their own facilities.

Class will be held In-Person. Registration is on a first come first served basis, with 5 seats reserved for small systems.
