Chemical Feed Pumps 101

This course will introduce the major categories of pumps and explore common metering pump types, terminology, and operating principles. Participants will gain insight into peristaltic pumps, hydraulically backed diaphragm pumps, motor-driven metering pumps, and solenoid-driven metering pumps, including their advantages, limitations, and typical applications.

By the end of this session, attendees will have a better understanding of how to select the right pump for their application, improve system reliability, and identify common maintenance and repair needs.

Class will be held In-Person. To allow for adequate training time for each participant, we will be watching registrations closely, and limit attendence to 20 persons and begin a Wait List, if needed. Registration is on a first come first served basis, with 5 seats reserved for small systems.
