We are happy to announce our 2025 Annual Trifecta! That's right, we will be gathering once again at the Northfield Mountain Recreation Area for a full slate of classes and a more organized Trade Show for Water and Wastewater Operators from around Massachusetts. Here aer the details!

The Mass Rural Water Assocaition (MassRWA) invites you to attend our 2025 Annual Trifecta and reserve your booth space! The Trifecta hours are 7:30AM - 3:00PM. Our event typically draws about 125-150 attendees, which are water and wastewater operators, managers, superintenents, administrators, board members, and system owners. As you can see on the agenda, we have lengthy breaks, designed to give you time to speak with conference attendees.

Please set up your booth space from 6:00AM - 7:00AM on Wednesday morning.

The Member Rate for a booth space is $350, while the Non-Member Rate is $575. If your organization is not yet a MassRWA Associate Member, please consider joining our association. We'd love to have your support! In fact, beginning in 2025, we have a new package deal!

Membership Note #1: We are changing our Membership Cycle for our Associate Members. Beginning January 1, 2025, all Associate Memberhsips will run January 1 - December 31. We hope this streamlined process will make it less confusing and easier regarding everyone's budgets and planning.

Membership Note #2: We have introduced different sponsorship levels, tiers per se, for our Associate Members. For example, your company may become a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Sponsor, should you choose to go above the regular Associate Membership. Each Exhibitor Registration includes:
1. Booth Space, including an 8-foot table and two chairs
2. Two Complimentary Exhibitor Registrations
3. Luncheon for the two complimentary exhibitors

Please Note:
1. Additional exhibitor registrations are welcomed at a rate of $40 per person, which includes lunch
2. Exhibitor area is outdoors, please plan accordingly and prepare for the weather! We will be providing a large Tent to house the Trade Show and protect you from the weather, rain or shine. 10'x10' pop up tents are also welcomed (bring your own) if you would like to find a place of your own. Please let us know of your preference.
3. Staff will be onsite and are able to assist you should you need any help.

Our limited exhibitor spaces will go quickly! Please be sure to complete the registration form and return it with your full payment as soon as possible to reserve your spot! Space is on a first come first served basis. Once capacity is reached, we will begin a Wait List, in the order in which forms and payments are received. Should a cancellation happen, we will reach out to the next exhibitor on the Wait List.

Prizes/Giveaways/Raffles:
We welcome Exhibitors to participate in running their own Giveaways/Raffles. These will be handled at each exhibitor's booth. We recommend you bring your own sign in sheet for the attendees to fill out. We will make an announcement for you to draw the winner(s)!

Payments: We new accept credit cards. Plese click here if you would like to make an online payment. Please email your Exhibirot Registration Form to Jason Blais. If you prefer to mail in your form and a check, no worries, we still accept checks!

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ATTENDEES:
Individuals registered for one of our training classes, seminars, and/or confereces (such as the Trifecta or Golf Scramble) will be charged the class fee if we have not received notice of cancellation at least 48-hours prior to the beginnning of class. Anyone contacting MassRWA to cancel enrollment in a training session will receive a cancellation number. In the event of an emergency, which would prevent attendance, please contact MassRWA as soon as possible with the details.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR VENDORS:
Vendor Registrations and Full Payment must be received from all Vendors by August 16, 2024. All registration cancellations and credit requests must be made in writing. A credit of the registration fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellation requests received by August 16, 2024. No credits will be offered beginning September 01, 2024.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, MassRWA's meetings, trainings, and other seminars constitutes an agreement by the attendee to MassRWA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the attendee's image or voice in photographs, videos/videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audio files/tapes of such events and activities. This includes permission to record streaming events.
