Operational Problem Solving for Water & Wastewater Systems (#2021-31 & #2021-32)

Frequently, utility operators are faced with system problems that must be addressed immediately. Sometimes present situations can challange operators with effectively investigating and taking corrective actions. It is imperative that operators systematically investigate all problems and choose the appropriate actions to take in a timely manner, especially when it involves health and safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Join us as we review the basics involved with working through several stages associated with solving most any problem. In addition, we will present some problem scenarios prompting participants to investigate and clarify the problems and determine the appropriate corrective actions.

Class will be held Virtually on the Zoom platform. All participants will need access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone that has Zoom videoconferencing software installed, and a good internet connection. If you don’t yet have Zoom, you can sign up and download here.
